The presence of organic substances in soil (solid and liquid manure) leads to an increase in the number of the tested microorganisms, except Azotobacter, of which the number is decreased under the influence of liquid manure. With increased pollution in urban soil increase the number of potential pathogenic, keratinolytic and allergenic molds.
