Hygienic value of aeroionization in animal husbandry consists in the action of light negative oxygen ions on the neuromuscular regulation of physiological functions through the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract and skin. In the respiratory tract, aeroions can increase or decrease the excitability of pulmonary interoreceptors, transmitting appropriate signals through the centers of the brain to the internal organs. There are given the results of testing the device "Aeroton" designed to improve the parameters of the microclimate of livestock buildings. The principle of operation of the device is that with the help of a weak pulsed electric radiation generated by a special law of the EGI, a spatial zone of activation and protection of biological objects is formed between the cathode and the anode. Waveguides in the working position are stretched in the form of a cone. The bases and tops of the waveguides are connected to an electronic pulse generator (EPG) by connecting wires. Studies were conducted in 4 modes of operation of the "Aeroton": 1 mode-around the clock; 2 mode-12 hours exposure and 12 hours break; 3 mode-3 hours exposure and 1-hour break; 4 mode – 1-hour exposure and 30 minutes break. For experiments 5 identical houses were prepared and 5 groups of chickens with 15 heads in each group. The control group of chickens was not exposed to the device "Aeroton". It has been found that the device does not significantly affect the temperature and mobility of air. At the same time, in the air of the premises where the device worked, the content of gases, dust and microorganisms significantly decreased against the background of increasing the concentration of negative ions. The results of studies have shown that the optimal mode of operation of the device "Aeroton" for laying hens is 1 hour with a 30-minute break during the entire period of their productive use.

Гигиеническое значение аэроионизации в животноводстве заключается в действии легких отрицательных ионов кислорода на нервно-гуморальную регуляцию физиологических функций через слизистые оболочки дыхательных путей и кожу. В дыхательных путях аэроионы могут повышать или понижать возбудимость легочных интерорецепторов, передавая соответствующие сигналы через центры головного мозга к внутренним органам. Приведены результаты испытания устройства "Аэротон", предназначенного для улучшения параметров микроклимата животноводческих помещений. Принцип работы устройства состоит в том, что с помощью слабого импульсного электрического излучения, генерируемого по специальному закону ЭГИ, между катодом и анодом формируется пространственная зона активации и защиты биологических объектов. Волноводы в рабочем положении растянуты в виде конуса. Основания и вершины волноводов подсоединены к электронному генератору импульсов (ЭГИ) с помощью соединительных проводов. Исследования проведены в 4 режимах работы "Аэротона": 1 режим – круглосуточно; 2 режим – 12 часов воздействие и 12 часов перерыв; 3 режим – 3 часа воздействие и 1 час перерыв; 4 режим – 1 час воздействие и 30 мин. перерыв. Для опытов были подготовлены 5 идентичных помещений и сформированы 5 групп кур по 15 голов в каждой. Контрольная группа кур не подвергалась действию устройства "Аэротон". Установлено, что устройство не оказывает существенного влияния на температуру и подвижность воздуха. В то же время в воздухе помещений, где работало устройство, заметно снижалось содержание газов, пыли и микроорганизмов на фоне повышения концентрации отрицательных ионов. Результаты исследований показали, что оптимальным режимом работы устройства "Аэротон" для кур-несушек является 1 час работы с 30-минутным перерывом в течение всего периода продуктивного их использования.
