anglais. Parental plants of sugar and fodder beet and F1 hybrids obtained from their crossing are the object of the research. Aim of the investigations is to reveal specific DNA-markers for molecular marking and studying genetic diversity of Beta genus breeding material. In the course of the research, crosses between sugar beet male-sterile plants genetically marked using DNA-markers and fodder red and white beet plants have been made. The experimental studies has resulted in determining genetic variability of breeding materials of sugar and fodder beet and hybrids produced with its participation that is characterized by polymorphism in 3 RAPD (OPA-10, OPC-06, OPP-18) and 3 SSR-markers (Bvm 1, Bvm 2, Bvm 3). Transfer of separate DNA fragments from parental forms to beet hybrids has been revealed. Possibility of using the studied specific RAPD- and SSR-markers for molecular marking and identification of Betа genus beet breeding material is discussed. During the investigations, there has been determined the molecular-genetic structure of parental forms (МС-plants of sugar and fodder beet and F1 hybrid posterity obtained from their crossing) using microsatellite loci (Bvm 1, Bvm 2, and Bvm 3) and RAPD-loci (OPA-10, OPC-06, OPP-18). It has allowed identification of the abovementioned plants. Using locus OPP-18, specific PCR-products of 600 b.p. in length for father parent component of fodder white beet (Rw) have been revealed. This distinguishes the given specimen from other genotypes and can serve as a genetic marker for its identification. For the sterile form РС-9, absence of DNA-amplicon of length 1400 b.p. in length that is present in other parental forms has been revealed using the microsattelite locus Bvm 2. his is one of the test-traits when carrying out of certification of this genotype. For more reliable and exact identification of Betа genus beet breeding materials, it is suggested to carry out further fragmental analysis using a genetic analyzer with the help pf the selected polymorphic primers. These investigations represent both theoretical and the practical importance for a marker-assisted breeding of sugar beet. Use of molecular markers will allow accelerating breeding process considerably.

russe. Объект исследования - растения родительских форм сахарной, кормовой свеклы и гибриды F1, полученные от их скрещивания. Цель работы – выявить специфические ДНК-маркеры для молекулярного маркирования и изучения генетического разнообразия селекционного материала (СМ) свеклы рода Beta. Проводились скрещивания генетически маркированных по ДНК-маркерам мужско-стерильных растений сахарной свеклы с растениями кормовой красной и белой свеклы. Установлена генетическая изменчивость СМ сахарной, кормовой свеклы и гибридов с их участием, характеризующаяся полиморфизмом по 3-м RAPD (OPA-10, OPC-06, OPP-18) и 3-м SSR- маркерам (Bvm 1, Bvm 2, Bvm 3). Выявлена передача отдельных фрагментов ДНК от родительских форм гибридам свеклы. Обсуждается возможность использования изученных специфических RAPD и SSR-маркеров для молекулярного маркирования и идентификации СМ свеклы рода Betа. Установлена молекулярно-генетическая структура родительских форм: МС – растений сахарной, кормовой свеклы и гибридного потомства F1 от их скрещивания по микросателлитным локусам: Bvm 1, Bvm 2, Bvm 3 и RAPD-локусам: OPA-10, OPC-06, OPP-18, позволившая провести их идентификацию. Выявлены специфические ПЦР – продукты длиной 600 п.н. для отцовского компонента кормовой белой свеклы (Rw) по локусу OPP-18, что отличает данный номер от других генотипов и может служить генетическим маркером для его идентификации. Для стерильной формы РС-9 выявлено отсутствие ДНК-ампликона длиной 1400 п.н. ампликона по микросателлитному локусу Bvm 2, имеющегося у других родительских форм, что является одним из тест-признаков при проведении паспортизации данного генотипа. Для более точной идентификации СМ свёклы рода Beta предлагается проведение дальнейшего фрагментного анализа на генетическом анализаторе с отобранными полиморфными праймерами. Результаты исследования имеют теоретическую и практическую значимость для маркер-ориентированной селекции сахарной свеклы. Использование молекулярных маркеров позволит значительно ускорить селекционный процесс.
