Эффективность ветеринарного препарата «Оксифлу 30» при бронхопневномии у поросят / Efficiency of the veterinary preparation «Oxiflu 30» in bronchopnemia in pigles

The article presents the results of studies to determine the therapeutic effectiveness of a veterinary drug based on oxytetracycline and flunixin in piglet bronchopneumonia in comparison with an analog drug. The test drug was administered intramuscularly twice with an interval of 5 days. Normalization of the condition occurred by the end of the second day from the start of treatment: in piglets, a decrease in body temperature, a decrease in the number of expirations and coughing, and an increase in appetite were noted. Clinical recovery of piglets of the experimental group occurred on the sixth – seventh day, and the duration of the disease was 6.9±0.9 days. The therapeutic effect was 93.11%. In the piglets of the control group, relief was observed by the end of the third day. Recovery in the control group occurred on the seventh day. The duration of the disease was 7.6±0.4 days, the therapeutic efficacy was 89.9%. /В статье представлены результаты исследований по определению терапевтической эффективности ветеринарного препарата на основе окситетрациклина и флуниксина при бронхопневмонии поросят в сравнении с препаратом-аналогом. Исследуемый препарат вводили внутримышечно двукратно с интервалом 5 дней. Нормализация состояния наступала к концу вторых суток от момента начала лечения: у поросят отмечали снижение температуры тела, уменьшение количества истечений и кашля, повышение аппетита. Клиническое выздоровление поросят опытной группы наступало на шестые-седьмые сутки, продолжительность болезни составила 6,9±0,9 дня, терапевтический эффект – 93,11 %. У поросят контрольной группы улучшение состояния наблюдали к исходу третьих суток, выздоровление наступало на седьмые сутки. Продолжительность болезни составила 7,6±0,4 дня, терапевтическая эффективность – 89,9 %
