La méthode décrite est applicable aux composts qui sont susceptibles de contenir des cailloux, du verre et des matières plastiques : composts urbains, composts issus de la fraction fermentescible des ordures ménagères (FFOM ou biodéchets), déchets verts. L'extrait de Javel détruit la matière organique non synthétique, les inertes restants sont triés par densimétrie à l'eau, puis à l'aide d'une solution saturée en chlorure de calcium de densité 1,35. Après séchage, les inertes sont criblés et pesés.

Bleach destroy non synthetic organic matter, we make a densimetric sorting with water and then a densimetric sorting with a solution of CaCl2 which has a density of 1,35. At the end you dry the inert, you sieve and you weight them.
