The aim of the study is to offer a conceptual view on how to identify and assess sustainability risks and sustainability factors in small countries. during and after the crisis, and to provide an overall assessment of crisis management that would allow Latvia to implement “sustainable, fair and democratic” changes. Efficiency of Latvian public administration Covid-19 during the pandemic crisis. 4. The challenges of Latvia's sustainable development management.
