The nature examinations and inventory of the forestry Scottish pine in the Ukrainian Carpathians has been conducted. An altitudinal differentiation of redwood forest in the Carpathians has been studied. An ecological role of relic pine forests in the Ukrainian Carpathians has been observed. The influence ofedaphic conditions on the relic pine forests distribution in the Carpathians has been observed. An areas distribution by the number of the pine units within stand in the Ukrainian Carpathians has been done.
