Analysis of the data obtained during the first two years of investigations by cutting apple and pear trees of all varieties located in superintensive plantations shows that in all varieties the fruit growth is satisfactory and depends largely on the biological variety of climatic conditions and less on the variations of cutting. Stronger growth in the thickness of the trunk, tree height, crown width and length of the average annual branches occurs in pear variety Santa Maria, which is determined by the growth vigor of the variety. At the end of the 3rd year crowns of the pear trees occupied the planned area and formed a canopy fruit continuously throughout the entire row.
