The description of the STOCOBAR model designed for simulation of cod stock dynamics in the Barents Sea taking into account changes in food supply, temperature and fishery is presented. Dependence of cannibalism-induced mortality of young cod on the capelin stock size is shown. Scenario modeling is used to analyze changes in cod cannibalism rate under different year-to-year TAC changes based on harvest control rules
