The indicators of production and export of water biological resources ((WBR) including fish) of the fisheries complex of the Far East Federal District (FEFD) in general and regionally have been considered. In 2018 the WBR catching volume in the RF was 5.1 million t (record level for the last 26 years). The share of the FEFD in the total volume of WBR catching was 65%. By 2024 the total volume of WBR catching in the RF is planned to reach 5.4 million t a year. The volume of fish product export (without reference to food fish products) from the RF was 2237 thous t or 5174 million dol. The share of frozen fish, fish frozen fillet and farce, living, fresh and cooled fish, canned fish products, crustaceans, mollusks and other invertebrates in physical and value expression was 87 and 63; 5.5 and 10; 0.2 and 0.1; 0.8 and 1.2; 5.6 and 25%, respectively. The Kamchatka Region in 2018 exported (in natural expression) frozen fish, fish meal, fish fillet and farce, crabs and shellfish, mollusks 278.0; 11.4; 8.5; 5.8; 0.7 thous t, which in terms of value was 640.9; 12.4; 21.65; 120.8; 1.2 million dol. WBR catching in the Primorski Krai in 2018 was 740.3 thous t. The total volume of export WBR supplies this year was 760.2 thous t (117.1%) or 1373.3 million dol. In the Sakhalin Region the WBR production in 2018 was 492, and export - 346 thous t (70%). It is shown that the main problem of developing the fisheries complex in the FEFD is to increase the output with a high added value. It has been concluded that to solve this problem, it is necessary to increase the investment activity oriented to construction and modernization of the fishing fleet, port and processing infrastructure.

Рассмотрены показатели производства и экспорта водных биологических ресурсов ((ВБР) включая рыбу) рыбодобывающего комплекса Дальневосточного Федерального округа (ДФО) в целом и в региональном разрезе. В 2018 г. объем вылова ВБР в РФ составил 5,1 млн. т (рекордный уровень за последние 26 лет). Доля ДФО в общем объеме вылова ВБР составила 65%. К 2024 г. общий объем вылова ВБР в РФ планируется довести до 5,4 млн. т в год. Объем экспорта рыбной продукции (без учета пищевой рыбной продукции) из РФ в 2018 г. составил 2237 тыс. т или 5174 млн. долл. Доля мороженой рыбы; рыбного мороженого филе и фарша; живой, свежей и охлажденной рыбы; консервированной рыбной продукции; ракообразных, моллюсков и др. беспозвоночных в физическом и стоимостном выражении составило 87 и 63; 5,5 и 10; 0,2 и 0,1; 0,8 и 1,2; 5,6 и 25% соответственно. Камчатским краем в 2018 г. на экспорт было поставлено (в натуральном выражении) мороженой рыбы; рыбной муки; рыбного филе и фарша; крабов и креветок; моллюсков 278,0; 11,4; 8,5; 5,8; 0,7 тыс. т, что в стоимостном выражении составило 640,9; 12,4; 21,65; 120,8; 1,2 млн. долл. Вылов ВБР в Приморском крае в 2018 г. составил 740,3 тыс. т. Общий объем поставок на экспорт ВБР в этом году составили 760,2 тыс. т (117,1%) или 1373,3 млн. долл. В Сахалинской обл. производство ВБР в 2018 г. составило 492, а экспорт - 346 тыс. т (70%). Показано, что основной задачей развития рыбохозяйственного комплекса ДФО является увеличение объемов выпуска продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью. Сделан вывод, что для решения этой задачи необходимо увеличение инвестиционной активности, направленной на строительство и модернизацию рыболовного флота, портовой и перерабатывающей инфраструктуры.
