The regulatory role of entomophages of dominant winter wheat pests in organic farming systems | Регулирующая роль энтомофагов доминантных вредителей озимой пшеницы в системах органического земледелия

Исследования проводили с целью изучения регулирующей роли энтомофагов, доминантных вредителей (ДВ) озимой пшеницы, и определения возможности использования их ресурсов как одного из основных элементов защиты пшеницы в технологиях органического земледелия. Работу выполняли в 2014–2019 гг. в Центральной и Предгорной зонах Краснодарского края. В опытах определяли видовой состав и численность комплексов ДВ озимой пшеницы, а также их основных энтомофагов. При проведении исследований отсутствовали любые химические обработки, минеральные удобрения не вносили. Мониторинг насекомых в посевах пшеницы осуществляли еженедельно. Выявлены следующие виды ДВ: клоп вредная черепашка, злаковые тли, пьявица красногрудая и пшеничный трипс. Активная деятельность комплекса афидофагов, в том числе многоядных хищников – жуков из семейства кокцинеллид, полностью сдерживала численность тлей. В фазе колошения их количество составляло 3,6…10,6 экз./25 кошений энтомологическим сачком, в фазе молочной спелости – 0,0… 0,5 экз./колос. Кокцинеллиды контролировали и численность пшеничного трипса на уровне, не превышающем экономический порог вредности,в течение всего вегетационного периода. Благодаря наличию в изучаемых агроэкосистемах (севооборотах) пропашных культур и нектароносов были созданы условия для активизации и воспроизводства паразитов клопа вредная черепашка – теленомусов (семейство Scelionidae), чему способствовало активное размножение в этих стациях их дополнительных хозяев – клопов из семейства Pentatomidae. Сцелиониды заражали 42,7…89,1% яиц клопа вредная черепашка, что свидетельствует о возможности отмены любых защитных мероприятий против этого вида. В агробиоценозах озимой пшеницы при полном исключении химических пестицидов основную роль в регуляции численности экономически значимых вредителей играют природные популяции аборигенных видов энтомофагов.

The purpose of the research was to study the regulatory role of entomophages of dominant winter wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) pests and to determine the possibility of using them as one of the main elements of wheat protection in organic farming technologies. The work was performed in 2014–2019 in the central and foothills zones of the KrasnodarTerritory. In the experiments, we determined the species composition and number of complexes of dominant pests (DP) of winter wheat, as well as their main entomophages. During the research, we did not use any chemical treatments and did not apply any mineral fertilizers. Monitoring of insects in wheat crops was conducted weekly. The following DP species were revealed: Eurygasterintegriceps,Schizaphisgraminum,Lemamelanopus and Haplothripstritici. The vigorous activity of aphidophages, including polyphagous predators: beetles from the Coccinellidae family, completely contained the number of aphids. In the earing phase, their number was 3.6–10.6 pcs/25 mowings using entomological net, in the milk ripeness phase – 0.0–0.5 pcs/ear. Coccinellidae also controlled the number of wheat thrips at the level not exceeding the economic threshold of harmfulness during the entire growing season. The presence of row crops and nectar plants in the studied agroecosystems (crop rotations) created conditions for the activation and reproduction of parasites of Eurygasterintegriceps – Telenomuses (Scelionidae family), that was facilitated by the active reproduction of their additional hosts, bugs from Pentatomidae family. Scelionidae infected 42.7–89.1% of the Eurygasterintegriceps bug's eggs, which indicated the possibility of cancelling any protective measures against this species. If to completely abandon chemical pesticides in winter wheat agrobiocenoses, natural populations of native species of entomophages play the main role in the regulation of the population of economically significant pests.
