In this paper, based on results of system analysis of matherial andinformational flows in food prepararion and distribution, created model for logisticmanagement. The main objective of Model is optimal plan of food chain in theSebian army. Model has been tested in VMA (Army Medical Academy) inBelgaradeBy solving the mathematical model of linear programing, as the instrumentof logisic management, it is defined optimal organization of preparing anddistribution of food. Also, yearly, sezonal and monthly structure of meals is planed.That plans had to satisfay needs of users, and to have a minimal total cost.
