The paper is focused on examining the method of completing the database content with initial data; the database being developed in order to conduct agricultural cadastre surveys at the district level. The agricultural cadastre aims at creating the national agricultural register. This study is required by the need to implement the best European practices in the development of the rural area.The authors also highlighted some peculiarities regarding the database structure and the interaction between the Real Estate Cadastre as an Information System with the Agricultural Cadastre.
