Eficienţa L-carnitinei asupra indicilor fiziologici ai celulelor sexuale umane în procesul de congelare-decongelare

We investigated the action of L-carnitine in the experimental environment for dilution and freezing of human sperm with the following content - sodium citrate-glucose-sucrose-yolk-glycerine in various concentrations. The L-carnitine concentration of 0.08 mg / ml increases the physiological indexes that characterize sanogenic sperm. The action of various technological methods of defrosting human sperm as improvement with the L-carnitine-containing medium enhances mobility, longevity and absolute survival as compared to the control group where defrosting was performed in 1 ml of 2.9% sodium citrate.
