In the paper are presented some peculiarities of the livestock wastes and residues from roural population as a major pollutant factor of the environment. In the Romania’s roural communities, due to the subsistence system of agriculture practicated by the majority of the roural inhabitants, do not exist systems for the recycle livestock wastes and residues, which, according with a lot of authors[1,2,3,5], these wastes can cause 10 times more pollution than the domestic waste waters. For example, a typical dairy farmer with 50 cows, spends up to 40% of his labor managing animal wastes. The wastes produced by this cows can be equivalant to that produced by 5000 people. In this paper the authors are focusing on the importance of managing the wastes and residues with the emerging view that ecologically oriented society must use its wastes and residues as resources rather than discarding them as useless materials. It is given an example a small farm for pigs, its production of the wastes and residues and proposed the recicle technologie and machine.
