The problems of forecasting in recent years are paid close attention in the works of leading Moldovan and foreign scientists. Using the results of the forecast as a theoretical basis for reducing the degree of uncertainty makes it possible to improve the quality of the management decision. Virtually no managerial decision should be taken without an assessment of the possible consequences reflected in the forecast.
