Teamet for denne masteroppgaven skrevet våren 2011 er å fremstille en enkel forklaringsmodell for hvordan søkeoppdraget kan foregå når næringseiendom skal flyttes i Oslo.Logikken i forklaringsmodellen fremkommer ved å studere litteratur, analyse av mottatt materiell fra bedriften AS Varbas og intervju med næringsmegler fra BN megler.Hensikten er en tilnærmelse til den fremgangsmåten erfarne fagfolk bruker når de planlegger søkeoppdrag. Som undersøkelse gjennomgås materiell fra AS Varbas sin prosjektstart. AS Varbas planla å flytte virksomheten til ny lokasjon i Oslo. Materialet undersøkes på bakgrunn av funnet teori. Deretter ser oppgaven på hvordan en megler jobber under et søkeoppdrag og tolker dette. Oppgavens teoridel danner grunnlaget for analyse ogdrøftelse av undersøkelse. Oppgaven konkluderer med en fremgangsmåte og presenterer den med en enkel forklaringsmodell. The theme of this master thesis written in the spring of 2011 is to present a simple explanation model for how a search mission can take place when commercial property is to be moved in Oslo. The logic of explanation is obtained by studying the literature, analysis of the received material from company AS Varbas and interview with business realestate broker from BN megler. The purpose is an approximation of the procedure experienced professionals use when planning search missions. The survey undergoes material from AS Varbas start of the project. AS Varbas planned to move the business to anew location in Oslo. The material is examined on the basis of theory. Then we see the task of how an realestatebroker working under a search mission and interprets this as well. Theory forms the basis for analysis and discussion of the survey. The thesis concludes with an approach and represent it with a simple explanation model.
