Estimation of the activity of horse neutrophyl during dehelminization with a preparation from the group of macrocyclic lactons on the background of a probiotic | Оценка активности нейтрофилов лошадей при дегельминтизации препаратом из группы макроциклических лактонов на фоне пробиотика

Цель работы - изучение динамики показателей фагоцитарной активности (ФА) нейтрофилов периферической крови лошадей при дегельминтизации препаратом из группы макроциклических лактонов, в т.ч. на фоне применения нового отечественного пробиотика "Bioxymin horse". У всех животных, участвующих в опыте, установлено снижение естественной резистентности, характеризующееся уменьшением способности нейтрофилов крови к поглощению чужеродного материала. Сформированы 4 группы лошадей русской рысистой породы, по 13 голов в каждой. В фоновой группе лошадей, служившей индикатором инвазии, отмечены колебания показателей фагоцитарного индекса (ФИ) и ФА. ФИ к 7-му дню эксперимента увеличился с 5,9 м.т. до 8,4 м.т., затем имел место медленный спад, и к 45-му дню ФИ был равен 6,8 м.т. ФА к 7-му дню эксперимента снизилась с 44,0% до 40,8%, к 15 дню резко возросла до 51,0%, к 45 дню увеличилась до 52,0%. Поглотительная способность изменялась циклично. Такую динамику можно связать с изменением интенсивности инвазии на протяжении опыта и возникающей аллергической (сенсибилизирующей) реакцией организма лошади. У лошадей опытных групп, получавших лечение, на 7-й день опыта отмечено повышение ФА на 15,4% и 35,8%, соответственно по группам, выявленная разница статистически достоверна (р меньше 0,05). Очевидно, это указывает на активацию клеточного звена защиты под воздействием пробиотического препарата. На основании полученных данных сделан вывод, что глистная инвазия и применение ангтельминтика из группы макроциклических лактонов без дополнительных иммуностимуляторов оказывают депрессивное действие на клеточное звено естественного иммунитета. Пробиотический препарат "Bioxymin horse" оказывает положительное действие на клеточный иммунитет лошади.

The aim of the work was to study the dynamics, indicators of phagocytic activity (PA) of peripheral blood neutrophils of horses during deworming with a drug from the group of macrocyclic lactones, including against the background of the use of a new domestic probiotic "Bioxymin horse". In all animals participating in the experiment, a decrease in natural resistance was found, characterized by a decrease in the ability of blood neutrophils to absorb foreign material. 4 groups of Russian Trotting horses, 13 horses in each group were formed. In the background group served as an indicator of invasion, fluctuations in the parameters of the phagocytic index (PI) and phagocytic activity (PA) were noted, the PI on the 7th day of the experiment increased from 5.9 b.w to 8.4 b.w, then there was a slow decline and by the 45th day the was equal to 6.8 b.w, while by the 7-th day of the experiment, the FA decreased from 44.0% to 40.8%, by the 15th day it rose sharply up to 51.0%, by the 45th day it increased up to 52.0%. The absorption capacity changed cyclically. Such dynamics may be associated with a change in the intensity of invasion over the course of the experiment and the emerging allergic (sensibilizing) response of the horse's body. In the horses of the experimental groups received the treatment, on the 7th day of the experiment, an increase in PA was noted by 15.4% and 35.8%, respectively, according to groups, the revealed difference was statistically significant (p is less than 0.05). Obviously, this indicates the activation of the cellular defense link under the influence of the probiotic preparation. Based on the data obtained, it has been concluded that helminthic invasion and the use of anthelmintics from the group of macrocyclic lactones without additional immunostimulants have a depressive effect on the cellular link of natural immunity. The probiotic preparation Bioxymin horse has a positive effect on the horse's cellular immunity.
