Correction of intestinal microbiocenosis in rabbits with the addition of ProStor DBA to the diet | Коррекция микробиоценоза кишечника у кроликов при добавлении в рацион ДБА "ПроСтор"

anglais. The microbiocenosis of the intestine of rabbits is formed taking into account the conditions in which it is located, and depends on the feeding diet. Probiotic complexes have a stimulating effect on the body of an animal, participate in the processes of normalization of intestinal microbiocenosis and increase the resistance of the body of farm animals, and are an alternative to antibiotics. There was conducted a study of the quantitative and species composition of microorganisms in the feces of rabbits 1, 2, 3 months of age from the personal subsidiary farms of the Stavropol Territory. When setting up the experiment, there were formed 3 groups of rabbits from 7 animals from the Sovietskaya shinchilla rabbit breed. In group 1 (experimental), after weaning from the mother from 1 month, the animals were given a basic diet and DBA "ProStor" (1 g/kg feed) was introduced. In group 2 (experimental) mothers received the basic diet and DBA "ProStor" (1 g/kg feed) from the birth of young animals. In group 3 (control), animals were given basic diet without a probiotic. It has been found that there is a decrease in the number of microorganisms from the Enterobacteriaceae family in 1 and 2 experimental groups of animals in comparison with the control group: E. coli -lac (+) – by 5.1-10,2% and 11.2-14.4%; E. coli –lac (-) - by 2.8-7.2% and 12.1-18.0%; Citrobacter spp. – by 1.4- 3.3% and 4.1-27.3%. The number of representatives of Enterococcus spp. is also decreasing – by 1.2-16.2% and 2.7-19.8%. The number of lactic acid microorganisms in 1 and 2 experimental groups of animals increases in comparison with the control group: Lactobacillus spp. – by 2.5-7.9% and 10.1-11.3% and Bifidobacterium spp. – by 2.4-3.5% and 10.8-13.1%. The number of representatives of Enterococcus spp. is also decreasing – by 14.5-16.5% and 15.9- 17.4%. Monitoring of intestinal microflora in rabbits will allow timely correcting unwanted changes in normal flora and preventing the development of dysbiosis.

Пробиотические комплексы оказывают стимулирующее действие на организм животного, участвуют в процессах нормализации микробиоценоза кишечника и повышения резистентности организма с.-х. животных, являются альтернативой антибиотикам. Провели изучение количественного и видового состава микроорганизмов в фекалиях кроликов 1, 2, 3-х месячного возраста из личных подсобных хозяйств Ставропольского края. При постановке эксперимента сформировали 3 группы кроликов из 7-ми животных с крольчихой породы Советская шиншилла. В 1 группе (опытной) после отъема от матери с 1 месяца животным давали основной рацион и вводили ДБА "ПроСтор" (1 г/кг корма). Во 2 группе (опытной) матери получали основной рацион и ДБА "ПроСтор" (1 г/кг корма) с рождения молодняка. В 3 группе (контрольной) животным давали основной рацион без пробиотического препарата. Установлено, что наблюдается снижение количества микроорганизмов из семейства Enterobacteriaceae в 1 и 2 опытных группах животных по сравнению с контрольной группой: E. coli -lac.(+) – на 5,1-10,2% и 11,2-14,4%; E. coli –lac.(-) – на 2,8-7,2% и 12,1-18,0%; Citrobacter spp. – на 1,4-3,3% и 4,1-27,3%. Также снижается и количество представителей Enterococcus spp. – на 1,2-16,2% и 2,7-19,8%. Количество молочнокислых микроорганизмов в 1 и 2 опытных группах животных увеличивается по сравнению с контрольной группой: Lactobacillus spp. – на 2,5-7,9% и 10,1-11,3% и Bifidobacterium spp. – на 2,4-3,5% и 10,8-13,1%. Также снижается и количество представителей Enterococcus spp. – на 14,5-16,5% и 15,9-17,4%. Мониторинг микрофлоры кишечника у кроликов позволит своевременно скорректировать нежелательные изменения нормофлоры и не допустить развитие дисбактериоза.
