Исследование свойств семян сортообразцов тыквы (Сucurbita) для механизированного выращивания в условиях умеренной зоны | Research on the properties of seeds of pumpkin (Cucurbita) varieties for mechanized cultivation in the temperate zone

anglais. On an industrial scale in Russia, pumpkin is grown mainly in the south of the European parts of the country. There has been a tendency to increase the areas occupied for pumpkin in regions with a temperate climate, which allows reducing transportation costs and diversifying the diet of the population. For mechanized cultivation and obtaining stable and high yields, it is necessary to choose varieties of different maturation periods (early, medium, late). For the export of products or transportation over long distances, the pumpkin must have good transportability and not lose marketable qualities for a long time. Climatic conditions have a certain influence on both the total lipid content and the fatty acid composition of seeds, the study of varieties and varietals for suitability for mechanized cultivation in the temperate zone is of particular relevance, as it will solve the problem of obtaining raw materials for the production of edible vegetable oil. The research was conducted on the territory of the Russian State Agrarian Correspondence University (the Moscow region). The field experiment is based on the methodology developed by Dospekhov, the technology of crop cultivation is standard. The studied varieties and cultivars of pumpkin had high oil content that varied from 33.6 to 54.6%: cultivar No. 119-C (large-fruited) - 54.6% (on average over the years), Pivdennaya variety (hard-rind) - 51.9%, cultivar No. 28-Ig (nutmeg) - 49.8%. The amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids, depending on the variety and variety type, varied from 58.09 to 68.55%, the maximum value was noted in the Pivdennaya (hard-rind) variety. The studied varieties and cultivars of pumpkin grown in the conditions of the Moscow region contained wide range of fatty acids, including 55.48-65.19% linoleic acid, which determines the nutritional value. Based on the results of the conducted research, agricultural producers of the Non-Chernozem zone of Russia can be recommended to grow various types of pumpkin.

russe. В промышленных масштабах в России тыкву выращивают в основном на юге европейской части страны. Наметилась тенденция увеличения площадей, занятых под тыкву, в регионах с умеренным климатом, что позволяет снижать затраты на транспортировку и разнообразить рацион питания населения. Для механизированного возделывания и получения стабильных и высоких урожаев необходимо выбирать сорта разного срока созревания (ранний, средний, поздний). Для экспорта продукции или перевозки на большие расстояния тыква должна обладать хорошей транспортабельностью и долго не терять товарные качества. Климатические условия оказывают определенное влияние и на общее содержание липидов, и на жирнокислотный состав семян, изучение сортов и сортообразцов на пригодность для механизированного возделывания в условиях умеренного пояса приобретает особую актуальность, так как позволит решить проблему получения сырья для производства пищевого растительного масла. Исследования проведены на территории Российского государственного аграрного заочного университета (Московская область). Полевой опыт заложен по методике Б.А. Доспехова, технология возделывания культуры – стандартная. Исследуемые сорта и сортообразцы тыквы имели высокое содержание масла – от 33,6 до 54,6%: сортообразец № 119-С (крупноплодная) – 54,6% (в среднем по годам), сорт Пивденная (твердокорая) – 51,9%, сортообразец № 28-Иг (мускатная) – 49,8%. Сумма полиненасыщенных жирных кислот в зависимости от сорта и сортообразца варьировала от 58,09 до 68,55%, максимальное значение отмечено у сорта Пивденная (твердокорая). У исследуемых сортов и сортообразцов тыквы, выращенных в условиях Московской области, отмечен широкий спектр жирнокислотного состава, в том числе 55,48–65,19% линолевой кислоты, которая обуславливает пищевую ценность. На основании результатов проведенных исследований сельхозтоваропроизводителям Нечерноземной зоны России можно рекомендовать выращивать различные виды тыквы.
