FUNCTIONAL RELATION OF PRARATHYROID HORMONE AND BLOOD MONOCYTE DYNAMICS IN PERSONALIZED ANALYSIS OF BONE METABOLIC PARAMETERS WITH THE USE OF AN EXPERT ANALYTICAL SYSTEM

Using the author's calculation algorithm to visualize multiple relationships, allows to identify and characterize the distinctive features of the influence of parathyroid hormone and monocytes on bone tissue metabolism in personalized observations. The authors were able to identify several "images" of multiple complex relations: 1. Increase of parathyroid hormone and monocytes activity against the background of decreased Ca, accompanied by bone tissue lysis increase; 2. Increase of parathyroid hormone and monocytes activity, accompanied by activation of osteosynthesis processes; 3. Inhibition of bone tissue remodeling with increased activity of parathyroid hormone and monocytes; 4. Signs of endocrine kidney function disorders, accompanied by "loss" of influence of parathyroid hormone and monocytes activity on osteosynthesis processes. Literature sources justifying the possibility of formation of the identified complexes are presented. At the same time, the correlation coefficient of the distribution values structure between the identified "images" on the analyzed biochemical indices (n=25) did not exceed +0,40, i.e., they were well distinguishable in the correlation panel of electrolytes and can be differentiated in "routine" biochemical studies with the use of an expert analytical system. At the same time, the authors note that the individual complexes described above, which include multidimensional correlations of the influence on the panel of electrolyte relations of parathyroid hormone and monocytes, probably do not cover all possible variants, but can be included in the "knowledge base" and be identified in practical activities in individual cases.
