Tarım Sigortaları Havuz Eksperlerinin Profillerinin Belirlenmesi ve Sisteme Yönelik Değerlendirmeleri: Manisa Bölgesi Örneği | Determination of Profiles of Agricultural Insurance Pool Experts and their Evaluation of the Related System: A Case of Manisa Region

anglais. This research aims to determine crop insurance experts’ profiles and include their opinions and suggestions on the agricultural insurance system. The research data were obtained through an online survey with 62 crop insurance experts affiliated with the Agricultural Insurance Pool Manisa Regional Directorate. Charts were created using the obtained data set and basic descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, and mean, and using logit analysis, and the findings were interpreted. As a result, it was determined that the experts worked for an average of 81.94 days in a year, and 46.77% of them were satisfied with the income they earned from their expertise. Furthermore, according to the logit analysis results used to determine the factors affecting those who quit work in their area of expertise and worked in a different job, the negative effects of expert age, income, satisfaction from income and agreement with the statement that expertise is a job that needn’t do another job were statistically significant.

turc. Bu araştırmada bitkisel ürün sigortaları eksperlerinin profillerinin belirlenmesi ve tarım sigortaları sistemi konusunda görüş ve önerilerine yer verilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Tarım Sigortaları Havuzu Manisa Bölge Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı 62 bitkisel ürün sigortaları eksperi ile online anket yolu ile elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veri seti ile frekans, yüzde ve ortalama gibi temel tanımlayıcı istatistiklerden yararlanılarak ve logit analizi kullanılarak, bulunan sonuçlar çizelgelerde sunulmuş ve yorumlanmıştır. Ankete katılan eksperlerin yılda ortalama 81,94 gün eksperlik yaptığı ve %46,77’sinin eksperlik yaparak elde ettiği gelirden memnun oldukları belirlenmiştir. Eksperlerin, eksperliği bırakıp farklı bir işte çalışmayı düşünme durumlarına etki eden faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen logit analizi sonuçlarına göre; eksperlerin yaşı, gelir durumu, eksperlikten elde edilen gelirden memnuniyet durumu ve ‘Eksperlik tek başına yapılabilecek bir iştir’ ifadesine katılma durumunun negatif etkisinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir.
