The graduate thesis analysis of work issues about olive oil technology, quality and analysis in 2000-2019 year in Turkey

Master’s and doctoral theses are important in terms of producing science and educating experts. For this reason, it is thought that giving importance to quality and quantity of olive oil studies will increase the quality of olive oil produced and prevent loss of value in our country which is an important olive producer. In this study, theses registered to Higher Education Council Publication and Documentation Department National Thesis Center between 2000-2019 (June) were searched. 121 dissertations on olive oil were found. 55 of these were related to determination of olive oil quality, 37 of them were related to olive oil technology and 29 of them were related to olive oil analysis methods.
