Колибактериоз крупного рогатого скота в Пермском крае: распространенность, источники возбудителя и его биологические особенности | Cattle colibacillosis in Perm krai: prevalence, sources of the causative agent and its biological characterization

russe. Колибактериоз по заболеваемости и летальности, несмотря на широкое использование современных антибиотиков и вакцин, остается основной инфекционной патологией животных. Цель исследования - оценить распространенность колибактериоза крупного рогатого скота в хозяйствах Пермского края и описать биологические свойства возбудителя. Изучение динамики заболеваемости крупного рогатого скота бактериальными инфекциями проводили на основании отчетности Пермского ветеринарного диагностического центра, отдела животноводства Министерства сельского хозяйства Пермского края за 2010-2020 годы, статистических данных Департамента ветеринарии Пермского края и лабораторных журналов (22480 проб). Санитарно-зоогигиенические исследования (29207 проб) проводили на этих же предприятиях. В проспективном исследовании (2020-2021 годы) оценивали распространенность штаммов E. coli, продуцирующих шига-токсин (STEC), в популяции здоровых животных. Результаты проведенных исследований показали, что в Пермском крае в 2010-2020 годы эпизоотическая ситуация по колибактериозу телят была достаточно благоприятной: его доля среди всех бактериальных инфекций не превышала 20%. Отмечено увеличение числа регистраций павших и больных животных с диарейным синдромом на фоне снижения иммунизации стельных коров. Наиболее часто эшерихий выделяли из смывов с молочного оборудования и инвентаря боенских предприятий, а также выявляли в комбикормах. Мы идентифицировали пять наиболее эпизоотически значимых серогрупп - О8, О15, О20, О101, О115, в единичных случаях были выявлены E. coli О157. Профили антибиотикоустойчивости штаммов E. coli, выделенных от больных, павших и здоровых животных, существенно не различались. У здорового крупного рогатого скота в субпопуляции эшерихий следует отметить более высокий удельный вес культур, резистентных к ампициллину и ципрофлоксацину. Кроме того, у эшерихий от здоровых животных были детектированы гены stx1 (2,0%) и stx2 (6,1%).

anglais. Colibacillosis remains the main infectious pathology in terms of morbidity and mortality, despite the widespread use of modern antibiotics and vaccines. The purpose of the study was to assess the prevalence of colibacillosis in cattle in various agricultural enterprises of the Perm Territory and to study the biological properties of the pathogen. The incidence of the infections in cattle was summarized based on the reports from the Perm Veterinary Diagnostic Center, the livestock department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Perm Krai for 2010-2020, statistical data from the Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Perm Krai and form laboratory records (22,480 samples). Sanitary and zoo-hygienic analyses of swabs from dairy equipment, inventory of slaughterhouses, feed of plant and animal origin, mixed feed were carried out for 29,207 samples from the same farms. In a prospective study (2020-2021), the prevalence of Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) strains in a population of healthy animals was assessed. The research results indicate that in recent years the prevalence of colibacillosis in the Perm Krai does not exceed 20%. An increased number of dead animals and sick animals with diarrheal syndrome corresponded to a decreased immunization of pregnant cows. E. coli was mostly isolated from swabs from dairy equipment and inventory of slaughterhouses, as well as from animal feed. Five most epizootically significant serogroups were identified, the E. coli O8, O15, O20, O101, and O115; in rare cases, E. coli O157 was isolated. The antibiotic resistance profiles of E. coli strains isolated from sick, dead and healthy animals did not differ significantly. Of note is the higher proportion of cultures resistant to ampicillin and ciprofloxacin in the E. coli subpopulation from healthy cattle. In addition, the stx1 (2.0%) and stx2 (6.1%) genes were found in E. coli from healthy cattle.
