Развитие сельского хозяйства и его воздействие на природную среду на российских трансграничных территориях Северной Азии | Agriculture development and its impact on the environment of the border territories of North Asia within Russia

anglais. There is compared the development of agriculture in the border territories of North Asia within Russia over a long time, starting from the early 2000s to the present. These territories include Altai Krai, Amur Oblast, Zabaykalsky Krai, Omsk Oblast, The Republic of Buryatia, Tyva Republic and Tyumen Oblast. The specific approach to assess the impact of agriculture on the environment is proposed. The authors analyzed the changes in the gross regional product (GRP) of the considered regions and structure of it, the share of agriculture in the GRP of the regions, the volume of agricultural production (in US dollars), cultivated areas and a number of specific indicators of the effectiveness of agriculture development. Conclusions are made about the low role of the considered regions in the formation of the gross national product of the Russian Federation, as well as the insignificant share of agricultural products in the GRP of the regions and a decrease in the efficiency of the use of agricultural lands in comparison with the average indicators for the Russian Federation. The indicators and the methodological approach proposed by the authors to assess the relationship between environmental destruction and agricultural land use can be used as a tool for studying the impact of agriculture on the environment, identifying bottlenecks and structuring problem situations in model areas. The obtained values of contingency coefficients in model regions below unity indicate a violation of the balance between the environment and agricultural land use.

Проводится сравнение развития сельского хозяйства за длительный период с начала 2000-х гг. до 2019 г. и оценка его воздействия на природную среду на трансграничных территориях Северной Азии в границах России (Алтайский край, Амурская область, Забайкальский край, Омская область, Республика Бурятия, Республика Тыва и Тюменская область). Проведен анализ динамики валового регионального продукта рассматриваемых регионов и его структуры, удельного веса сельского хозяйства, объемов продукции сельского хозяйства (в долл. США), посевных площадей и ряда удельных показателей эффективности развития сельского хозяйства. Сделаны выводы о невысокой роли трансграничных территорий Северной Азии территории РФ в формировании ВВП РФ за рассматриваемый период исследования, незначительном удельном весе продукции сельского хозяйства в ВРП регионов и снижении эффективности использования с.-х. земель по сравнению со средними показателями по РФ. Предложенные показатели и методический подход к оценке сопряженности экологической деструкции и с.-х. использования земель могут быть использованы в качестве инструментария исследования воздействия сельского хозяйства на природную среду, выявления узких мест и структурирования проблемных ситуаций на модельных территориях. Полученные значения коэффициентов сопряженности в модельных регионах ниже единицы свидетельствуют о нарушении баланса между природной средой и использованием земельных ресурсов в сельском хозяйстве.
