Morphological studies on 6 commercial varieties of Solanum melongena were done at Central Laboratory, Kampangsean campus, Kasetsart University, Nakorn Pathjom in November 1980-March 1981. There were variations in each character on Ma Khuea bloc, Ma khuea chao pra ya, Ma khuea yaao, but not in Ma khuea saveuy, Ma khuea chan, Ma khuea muang
