In order to obtain some informations on improving the quality of seed meals, Korean variety Young-sanyuchae which had low glucosinolate and some of the high glucosinolate varieties were crossed reciprocally. The segregation ratio of OZT content was fitted to the ratio of 63:1, and the low OZT content of seed meal was considered to be controlled by three pairs of recessive genes. The inheritance of OZT content was influenced by the cytoplasm. The cytoplasmic influence was also detected in the inheritance of OZT content
