Eight wettable powders were formulated by mixing two fungicides and one insecticide; five combinations of pencyculon-isoprocarb and three combinations of mepronil-isoprocarb with different ratio of their active ingredients. Each of eight combinations was tested to know the control efficacy on the rice sheath blight and brown planthopper as well as the physico-chemical properties. All the combinations were well wettable and suspensible in the water with 3 deg C hardness, but2048 decomposition rates of active ingredients in the combinations were varied with the kinds of chemicals and mixed ratio of fungicides-insecticide in the storage condition of 50 deg C incubation. Five combinations of pencyculon isoprocarb were stable with active ingredients that the decomposition rates recorded the ranged of 2.9-5.1 % after 90 day storage at 50 deg C condition, especially the rate was 2.9-3.6 % in the combinations of pencyculon and isoprocarb were 12.5 to 30 % and 10 to 30 %, respectively. On the other hand, the mepronil of mepronil-isoprocarb combinations was completely degraded after 30 day's incubation at 50 deg C. The combinations of pencyculon-isoprocarb showed very high synergism on both the sheath blight and the brown planthopper in the greenhouse and topical application tests. The optimum ratio of pencyculon-isoprocarb was established through the greenhouse tests and it appeared to be 1:3 or
