Appliances of modern equipment for cooling and freezing in poultry industrial farms are presented. Fields of research and development in construction of this equipment are pointed out. The most optimal solutions of cooling and improving of poultry freezing process having direct effect on increasing export and demand for the products in the local market are discussed
