In a feeding experiment with a total of 27 growing bulls, 6 PCB components (nos. 28, 52, 101, 138, 153 and 180) were added to the ration. Each component was applied in concentrations of 0 ng, 10 ng, and 30 ng per g air dry feed. There was no accumulation of PCB components nos. 28, 52, and 101 in tissues of the bulls. With PCB components nos. 138, 153, and 180, there was a close relationship between dietary intake and concentration in the tissues.
