Provides definition of some of the accepted forms of market presentation for a range of Asian vegetables. The current variations in quality, packaging and presentation of these crops is limiting their sales, and it is felt that improved presentation and consistency of product will enhance the acceptance of Asian vegetables by a wider buying public.
