The honey bee was the most important pollinator at each of two locations, in southwest NSW and southeast Qld. In NSW, others were a lycid beetle, a scoliid wasp, and a halictid bee. In Qld, the only other important pollinator was the apid bee Trigona, probably the natural pollinator of native Macadamia.
