A survey was conducted in Trinidad on the purchasing and preparation of lamb and mutton by housewives. Housewives are the person who was primarily responsible for making purchase decisions with respect to good and other consumables for the household. The demographic characteristics of the sample are listed showing race, social class location and age respectively
