anglais. It has been compiled a review on the content of micro and macro elements in mushrooms. From the wide literature published the data found in 100 works for 42 elements are reported; the data have been summarized into tables. It has been checked a high variability, in comparison to that of plants with function of chlorophyll in photosynthesis. The reason of the store up or of exclusion of the elements present in the ground has been referred to the difference between species, to their behaviour (parasitic, saprophytic, or mycorrhizal) and to the environmental contamination, but it has not always been possible to decide for the bioaccumulation or the bioexclusion only for these reasons

Dalla vasta letteratura pubblicata sono stati riportati i dati reperiti in 100 lavori, per complessivi 42 elementi, riassunti in altrettante tabelle. E' stata riscontrata un'elevata variabilita', se paragonata a quella delle piante verdi. Le cause di accumulo o di esclusione degli elementi presenti nei substrati di crescita sono state imputate alla diversita' della specie, al loro comportamento (parassita, saprofita o simbionte) o alla contaminazione ambientale. Peraltro non sempre e' stato possibile stabilire univocamente il bioaccumulo o la bioesclusione in base alle cause su esposte
