A comparative investigation on the extraction degree between shavings and micronized to different degree oak wood was held. The extraction was held in boil temperature of the extragent - water or water-alcoholic mixture in equal conditions. The utilization of the micronized oak wood with size from 60 to 500 microns for obtaining of the wood extracts is favourable in low degree the extraction process - the quantity of the extracted substances grow to 6,74.
