Concepts regarding the statutes on hunting-management planning. Extension of the forestry act

The article deals with the reasons which had inhibited a corresponding hunting-breeding planning before the passing of the new Forestry Act (from 1993); it gives the approaches of the past hunting-breeding planning and the relation between hunting-breeding and forest management planning in the past. The main characteristics of the new Forestry Act regarding the directing of the activities in relation with populations of freely living animals and their life environment as well those of the Statutes on Hunting-Breeding Planning are outlined.
