allemand. Bei 44 Milchkuehen wurde die Superovulationsreaktion durch Erfassung der Gelbkoerperzahl und des Ovarvolumens rektal vor der Embryogewinnung untersucht. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass zur Vorhersage des Spuelergebnisses von mehr als 3 Embryonen oder mehr als 2 lebensfaehigen/transferierbaren Embryonen die Diagnose mittels rektaler Erfassung der Gelbkoeper nur optimal ist, wenn 5-12 Gelbkoerper palpiert werden koennen.
