The true potato seed (TPS) is one of the alternative for potato seed tuber production. To investigate the effect of hilling height and number of seedlings a progeny of Atzimba x DTO-28 were used in this experiment. Treatments were arranged in a randomized complete block design (RCB) in 3 replications. They were the height of hilling-up, consisting of: H1= without hilling-up, H2 = hilling-up until 30 cm, H3 = hilling-up until 40 cm, and the number of seedlings perhill consisting of S1 = 1 seedlings, S2 = 2 seedlings, S3 = 3 seedlings, S4 = 4 seedlings. Results showed that: the height of hilling significantly affected the number of tubers and greenish tubers. The number of seedlings gave a significant effect on the number of tubers, tuber weight, and greenish tubers. Four seedlings per hill resulted in the highest tuber weight i.e. 3,56 kg/4 square meter. There were no interaction effect between the height of hilling and the number of seedlings
