The development projects gave the villagers an opportunity to analyze their situation and have the real chance of paticipating in the development of their village. To get sustainable development, it is recommended to improve food production with organic fertilizers and crop rotation. Chosen monitoring of village bank is needed. The process of problem solving should be discussed among the farmers in order to reach the decisions for a proper action and good performance
