This documents presents the technical details of the census operations of the 1994/95 Namibia Agricultural Census, namely the census objectives, basic concepts/definitions, scope/coverage, methodology, field work, sample design, estimation procedures and quality analysis. The 1994/95 Namibia Agricultural Census was the first agricultural census after independence in 1990 and covered both the commercial and communal agricultural sectors within the 13 administrative regions of the country. The contents is divided in 9 short chapters and an appendix which includes examples of the Census Questionnaires.
