Snowbreak at the end of 1995 and the January sleet

In the period of one month in the winter of 1995/96 Slovenia was affected by 3 disasters. Just before the New Year's Eve, extremely wet and very adhesive snow caused damage with snowbreak on trees and electric and telephone wires. In January two waves of copious sleet caused additional damage to trees and wires. Consequences will be felt for several years. Many trees were not completely felled and remain topless
