In an agricultural activity, it is possible to analyse a decision situation by means of computer programmes which are called the expert systems. The programmes should use an accessible knowledge concentrated on a given decision situation. Development of technology of telecommunication enables nowadays distribution and transfer of knowledge and its updating, and distributed in the computers in many farmsteads
