Need of interventionism in the form of credits for agriculture

Interventionism in the form of preferential credits is an instrument commonly used to influence the processes of growth and development in agriculture. The use of this instrument is being justified in many ways but the most frequently presented arguments refer to the limited possibilities of creating capital in agriculture, shortcomings of financial and non-financial markets, egalitarian reasons as well as mechanisms of political decision-making and reasons of public nature
