Evaluation of land expanse and its utilization for land integration on the example of Zabratowka village

The land expanse research in the village of Zabratowka has been made on a selected group of farms (101 fields). The examination comprised analysis of the existing land system and prognosis of its improvement and possible economic effects. Integration of land property in the village Zabratowka should cause an increase in field surface from 0.278 ha to 1.030 ha and in the field lenght from 69 m to 153 m. The improvement of the land expanse should cause reduction in cultivation costs (expanse costs) at ca. 5 corn units/ha and increase in income value of the land at ca. 20 percent
