Influence of chosen physiographic and spatial conditions on prices of agrarian estates

The paper presents an attempt to determine the influence of chosen physiographic and spatial conditions on land properties prices in the montain commune Mszana Dolna in the province of Nowy Sacz. On the basis of the stepwise regression analysis it is concluded that essential influence on land property prices have the soil condition and the form of the land property. The presented research can be the ground for creation of the local information system concerning the land properties, as well as the influence of some factors for the creation of the land properties prices
