allemand. 4 Schafe erhielten in einem Cross-Over-Versuch zu einer Zn-defizitaeren Basaldiaet eine Zulage (2% des Lebendgewichts) mit 500 mg Zink/kg (Zinkoxid bzw. ohne Zink (Kontrolle). Die Zinkkonzentrationen im Plasma waren in der Zulagegruppe sign. erhoeht (p0.01). Sowohl der Glucoseumsatz im Blut als auch der Insulinrespons war von der Behandlung unabhaengig. Demgegenueber war der Geweberespons fuer Insulin bei Zn-supplementierten Tieren hoeher als in der Kontrollgruppe (p0.02).
