The experimental research and analysis of permeability of basalt and wood particle aggregates

anglais. In this paper, the theory and method for investigating the permeability of wood and basalt particle aggregates, were developed. It was found that if the air flow velocity over the characteristic length of the particle bed was lessthan 3 m/s, there existed a linear relationship between the air flow rate and the pressure gradient. Under this circumstance, Darcy's law was valid for describing the fluid flow process in particle aggregates. The permeability of different wood chips oflinden, poplar, birch and elm was experimentally tested with respect to a number of factors like tree species, particle size distribution, porosity, moisture content and bulk density. The study showed that the permeability of wood particle aggregates was influenced by tree species having great effects on particle size distribution and, in turn, on porosity, and that increased with the increasing of the mean particle size of wood chips. Also the permeability of different basalt particle size distribution and porosity were measured.

allemand. Theorie und Methode zur Untersuchung der Durchlassigkeit von Aggregaten aus Holz- und Basaltpartikeln werden entwickelt. Bei einem Luftstrom uber eine charakteristische Partikellage von weniger als 3 m/s existiert eine lineare Beziehung zwischen Stromungsgeschwindigkeit und Druckabfall. Unter diesen Bedingungen gilt das Gesetz von Darcy zum Beschreiben der Fluidbewegung in den Aggregaten. Die Durchlassigkeit verschiedener Holzspane (Linde, Pappel, Birke, Ulme) wurde gepruft hinsichtlich verschiedener Einfluagroaen wie: Holzart, Verteilung der Spangroae, Porositat, Feuchte und Rohdichte. Die Permeabilitat hangt ab von der Holzart, die ihrerseits die Groaenverteilung der Spane und die Porositat beeinfluat, und sie steigt an mit zunehmender mittlerer Groae der Spane. Zudem wurde die Permeabilitat von Basaltpartikeln mit unterschiedlicher Groaenverteilung und Porositat gemessen.
