Strange are the ways of enterprises. To develop, which means condition for survive, the enterprises must constantly adapting and fighting because of competition, social changes, technology development and especially because of latest development of informational technologies and informatisation of society, globalisation of the world. Processes of globalisation are frightening, especially the theory of one-fifth society, which says that one fifth of human race will be suffice to manage all necessity processes and work. What will work and what will live from the other four fifth of human race? Enterprises will survive if they will be capable to know those changes and to follow them, if they will use those capabilities for innovations, rationalisations, reengeeneering and the development of enterprise. Governments will be effective, if they will command prcessses of globalisation and will be capable to raise money for social regulatives. We will survive only if we will know to keep our environment healthy. It will be easier to adapt if we will know those processes in time. For that reason we take care of those problems and processes in this article. How can we reach that, adapt to that and survive?
