Agriculture Research Station, Lumle is a multi-disciplinary Hill Research Centre under the Nepal Agricultural Research Council. ARS, Lumle is now responsible for Research Command Area (RCA) of 11 hill districts in the Western Development Region. Lumle's Livestock Unit is mandated for the research on large and small ruminants.
