Agricultural production development, compliant with the European Union standards, calls for environment-friendly practices. Earlier observations and analyses showed that Polish farms still pose a threat to the environment due to, e.g. poor environmental education of farmers and poor reiforcement of the existing laws. Around 60 percentage of farmers surveyed dispose of the farm-generated waste inadequately, however more than 75 percentage of them show a great concern for environment-saving and express their will to participate in training sessions of any kind
